Yes, since there's been "major progress" in training Iraqis since he left, it's obviously his fault. :rolleye2:


Clearly it's an improbable task whether a blind Bush-loyalist is in charge or an honest man willing to tell it like it is, like Eaton.

While I appreciate what the generals say, I would only add that we have civilians in charge not the military. Elected politicians set policy, not generals. I don't like it when the right wing say that generals should be in charge of the war (because the civilian government should be in charge constitutionally) and therefore don't like it when anyone implies that they should be the "deciders".

It is obvious that any general that criticizes Bush has been overtaken by that device used on James Brown in Undercover Brother. I'd bet a dollar to a doughnut they've been eating fried chicken lately.
