Beating of white teen becomes 'community issue' in Rifle
The beating of a white 14-year- old Rifle High School girl, allegedly by several female Hispanic students, is the latest indication of rising ethnic tensions in this fast-changing community, school officials said Wednesday.

Whites can NOT be victims of hate crimes because they have the power and can not be
subject to a hate crime since the white race is responsibile for all the problems todays minorities face. :rolleyes:

So when an elderly person is mugged, it should be treated as the same as when a 20 year old guy is mugged?
Crime is all about motive. Some motives are worse than others.
If this girl was attacked cause of her race, then YES. Its a hate crime. Theres a silly notion that white people cant be victims of hate crime. That is not true. |

At Washington High School in Phila about 5yrs ago a 15 year old white student is beaten up by several black kids,completely unprovoked,and you don't think this is a hate crime?The kid incurred brain damage and will never be the same but under your theory this is just them lashing out at the white establishment?
Am I to believe this 15 yr old kid oppressed them?They damn sure don't believe that,they did it because they are savages!I'd be interested to see how you would've felt if this was your kid and these niggers walked away with a slap on the wrist.
Or if you flipped the story and it was your son and his friends beating on a black guy and your kid went away for 5yrs!
