they edited out the jokes about sal's kids for legal reasons....something about them being minors. but they have never cut bombs out of the roast. maybe they should put up an unedited version sometime in the future.

yes... i was watching some of it as i was getting ready for work this morning... i haven't been able to watch the whole thing yet, but from what i saw there was a lot of editing. I thought the whole point of a HSS roast is that they don't edit any bombing or 'controversial' shit. |

yeah- though i do understand the shirt thing...if they get sued over copyright enfringement, it's only going to take dollars out of the production budget (maybe?)...
i only got up to the part where benjy started... i'm praying they didn't edit him... i lovedit on the radio.
you know... why don't they edit the stupid ugly pornstars on the other shows and leave up the stuff that everyone likes? even some of the guys are tired of it... and we all know what pervs these dudes are :p |

About my subscription to Howard TV. Editing defeats the purpose of PPV where you can do anything you want. Fucking bullshit, canceling when my month billing is up because Comcast won't give me back the rest if I cancel early |

Bullshit...this is really a fuckover for the fans. I'm paying good money towards Sirius and Comcast to get the full Howard experience and this watered down Howard TV is not sitting well with me.
I don't know what's more annoying, shameless editing or the fact that they "replace" so much of the background music on the show for legal reasons. J.D.'s theme song = bullshit, Bababooie songs = bullshit...man this sucks. I want exactly what we're hearing on the radio. |

Doug, you really are a fucking cunt hair. Did you not listen when Howard, Robin, Fred and Artie all agreed that it was better to have the roasts unedited than to piece together the 'best' parts? This shit version might as well be on Comedy Central. It's produced exactly as they do it. Most of the acts are basically cut in half. Over 30 minutes is missing.

Meh I thought the editing actually kinda helped it.
I guess if you wanted to see people bomb thats one thing. But the roast was pretty slow-moving this time, and the editing actually made it seem to flow better to me.
And for the love of god, WTF WAS UP WITH THAT CROWD????
They acted like they were in church and shouldnt be laughing. They also kept looking at Howard to see if he would laugh, and if Howard was laughing then they could.
Then everytime someone said something racist or not PC, they all looked confused, like they didnt know if they should laugh or not.
Its a fucking roast, if someone says something funny, then laugh. |

At least the roast SHOWED UP ON YOUR MENU. I got nothing from last week. I've given time warner two months to get this together, and they can't handle it. That's about $25 I've spent for service I haven't been getting.
Maybe one day, they'll get enough bandwidth to handle daily updates. |

half the audience didnt even look like they cared to be there. they should not give away roast tickets in pairs, they should give them out 1 at a time instead ;)
by the way, BENJY DID NOT SUCK! he had the funniest jokes out of the entire roast (his delivery is another matter altogether :D ) |
