| That is to bad. I thought he was funny guy. But I guess it is no surprise they treated him like shit. I honestly can't believe Bubba keeps any of his employees. He is the biggest jerk of a boss ever. Don't get me wrong I think it makes for great radio, but he is lucky he hasn't been sued by his whole staff. |

It is funny as hell to us. However try to put yourself or one of your children in there position. It is humiliating and demeaning. Hell I am canceling my Bubba Raw because of all the gay shit. Reprimanded as in fired tool. he fucked up twice on the same deal in a quick amount of time. That would get most people fired. |

Bubba dosen't make his employees sign up for the job. They're welcome to quit any time they want.
Bubba lives in Bizzaro world, where everything is done to the Nth degree. Torturings, Humiliating employees, Rewarding employees... etc. All of it. Jughead didn't want to play anymore, so he took his nervous twitch and scampered on home.
On a side note: I wonder if he was related to Justin Clark... another guy who worked radio in Orlando for a short bit before moving to Tampa. (If anyone in Orlando listened to The Monsters on 104.1, Justin Clark = Whopper Jr.) |

| bubba is best or worst of both worlds. he is incredibly generous and caring one minute than totally out of control the next. Same for his marriage. I can;t imagine it lasting more than a year or so. again, it's everyone choice to be there, but eventually the string runs out. |

Chef was an intern, and it got to the point where he was only showing up one day a week for maybe four or five hours ... what good is that?! |

I usually love bubba's "antics"- but, I was feeling bad a bit for jughead... when bubba freaked on the mic-- the video didn't look like he really threw it- just dropped it down hard, but... who knows...

I could do all that, and make sure the DVD's worked, make sure they had safe ways to watch their dog/horse/chicken porn with no traces, dump out buckets of feces from the shit-a-thon, etc. I wouldn't lick anyone's balls but I wouldn't go abusing expensive audio equipment either. Besides - Bubba offered him the Bubbagon as an alternative. Even if you get your ass kicked you dont have to lick any balls, or wear any excrement, and you keep your job! I liked the jughead on air antics...but after watching Bubba Raw and the shitty editing, filming and audio if I was jugheads boss I would have made him lick his own asshole for the shit job which reflects a shit boss that doesn't give shit about the shit he charges his shitty fans.
Bubba should not be reflected as a shit boss because he is one hell of a hero in my book and gave Jughead chance after chance to redeem himself...it is shitheads own fault he is out of work...not Bubbas.
People need to learn they are responsible for themselves!!!
