The news team needs to be on top of this, PRONTISIMO!!!
Robin started the fight on Thursday based on the premise that Artie called Howard a jerk on the prior wrap-up show on the 23rd.
This was followed by hours of "fuck you, fuck off Artie!" from Howard.
If anyone bothered to actually listen to the Wrap-up show, they'd notice that Artie NEVER ONCE called anyone a jerk.
The show's on vacation right now, these issues can't be dealt with. Meanwhile, there is a constant buzz about this topic on this very site.
If Howard 100 News does not take on this issue, head-on during this break, you can be certain that MANY of the fans here, including the site ROBINSWRONG.COM WILL scoop you on this story as soon as Howard and the crew are back from break.
What we expect is a full apology from Robin, for instigating one of the ugliest battles in Stern show history, when what she said wasn't even close to being true. Robin not only owes Artie Lange a full and public apology but also the fans, for possibly openning the dooor to Artie's departure which could only hurt the show we love and pay good money for.
Howard also owes both Artie and the fans an apology. For once Howard had the oportunity to not make this about proving somebody else wrong and being right all the time. Instead, he has alienated a man he once considered a friend, on the words of a person who didn't get all the facts straight. And he's alienating fans at a time when he needs to keep subscriptions. Not smart.
Howard could have responded in a number of different ways to Artie's displeasure at his treatment. To shout fuck you and fuck off motherfucker and asshole is really uncalled for. Howard is ruining the show we're now paying for out of his own insecure need to always be right.
But in this issue, since Robin was wrong from the start then everything she or Howard yelled at Artie that day was also wrong.
And to make this point even further, after all the abuse dumped on of Artie Lange, after all the F bombs levied from Howard AND Robin, Artie only responded with more jokes. Not once did Artie respond in anger. He responded by trying to find the punchline. And when that failed, he responded in tears.
And this all could have been avoided if not for Robin's lie, at best mistake, that led to all this.
It's up to Howard 100 News to now present the WHOLE story, before one of us has to do it for you. |

Come on fat cracks from morning till night day in and day out, even that last bimbo they had on the show had a thing for fat guys? why don't they bring Artie some babe that has a thing for funny guys, I'm telling ya a guy can only take so much ball busting till he's done they did it to Jackie now they are doing it to Artie what a shock..
I got a $100 that they burn out the next poor bastard who thinks sitting in that chair seemed like a good idea at the time.. |

I think these are well planned out protests by Artie he is still angry at Howard for not letting him express himself in song. have you ever noticed that there are songs about everyone but Howard ???
lately i notice Artie ...
1. falls asleep during celebrity interviews
2. he refuses to let Howard refer to him as "bro"
3. He had David Letterman leave out any mention of Howard when he recently on the show. he was introduced as a cast member of "rescue me".
I think that Artie Lange is still very angry that Howard rejected his "Desperado" song parody that poked fun at Howard. Artie didn't get the memo that Fred Norris is under VERY STRICT ORDERS never to play any bits that poke fun at Howard. everyone else is fair game. there are tons of songs about Artie, Robin, Richard, JD, but ZERO absolutely none about Howard. producer Gary "baba Booey" Del'labate has hundreds of songs played on a never ending loop about him , but zero about Howard. i think Artie took a real hard look at the situation and decided it was unfair. this has been building for a while . so when Howard decided to bring in a girl that liked fat guys like Artie that was Mr langes breaking point. |

I love Artie. Artie is such a nice guy that doesn't like conflict so he wouldn't just try to make things miserable. He falls asleep because he can. If he would get in trouble for it then he would do something to make sure that he was more awake. Everything he says and does just makes the show better. I think that Artie appreciates the opportunities Howard has given him and is doing exactly what he is supposed to. |
