Here is a story for Howard 100 news......
When Howard came over to Sirius I made a Serious all out effort to support Howard and Sirius. I brought the stock and I now have five Sirius Subscriptions. Of that Five Subscriptions three of them are annual subscriptions, two are quarterly subscriptions or it might be the other way around in any case, I have made a serious and monetary committment to Sirius. What do I get in return? Well the two or three quarterly subscriptions were not paid on the 1st of June, so they block my Internet access and put my account in collections............. Yes, they block my access over the Internet and put my account in COLLECTIONS.
If I in fact have two accounts or even three accounts with Annual Subscriptions that are in good standing, why can I not listen online with those accounts. Total Bullshit! I understand all the explanations and the reasons, but I've made a committment to Sirius that is long term and serious, all I'm asking is that they do the same for me and not be douchebags.
If I don't pay on the first, give me till the 15th.......... a simple small step that can win them major kudos. To immediately put customers in good standing with multiple accounts in collections is just wrong. |

The payment was due on the 1st, it's only the 4th now, what GRACE period, give me a break. This response sucks.

I sent the following email to Howard:
Howard,
Sirius needs to pull their heads out of their asses.
I have 5 Sirius receivers, 3 of which have annual subscriptions, 2 are quarterly. The two quarterly subscriptions were up for renewal on the 1st of June, well I lost my credit card and will renew it when I get my new credit card, but in the mean time, Sirius has cut off my Internet access and they are threatening me with cancelling my entire service, because of two quarterly subscriptions that I don't even really need, I choose to keep them to support you and Sirius and really I keep them to support Howard.
They have finally reactivated my internet stream, but this is stupid corporate bullshit that Sirius needs to change. Imagine this, they will cancel my account with 5 receivers, because they can't wait till next week for me to renew the subscriptions on two quarterly accounts I don't really need.
Please Howard address this........ Perhaps with you speaking they will pay attention. |

| I am waiting until the merger/non merger is over until I even think about getting more than my pull and play receiver. I think you should pay a flat fee and get to have as damn many radios as you want. I hope xm goes under or merges. I am afriad that after Howard's five years are up and he leaves there will be the Soprano Effect, people will let there subscriptions lapse once the show ends... |
