Listeners can file a comment with the FCC showing support for the Sirius/XM merger. But it has to be done by July 9th, 2007. They can file a comment with the FCC on 07-57 which is on the Sirius/XM merger here: http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/upload_v2.cgi and put: 07-57 in box 1, box 12 should be COMMENT. The rest is no problem,,name..ect..
Please don't go overboard on the comments, a simple "I support the merger of Sirius and XM" will do.
http://gullfoss2.fcc.gov/prod/ecfs/comsrch_v2.cgi to check for comments already filed, there are over 4500 filed. Just put: 07-57 in Box 1 and hit enter.
The squeaky wheel gets the grease on these matters.

impossible to investigate right now because they are hoping either xm or sirius goes bankrupt and gets bought out in the future by one of their companies.
