Just to vote for Ron Paul in the GOP primaries?
I'm considering it, but if he doesn't win the primary I will immediately vote for whoever the Democratic opponent is. |

What if he ran as a third party candidate? Would you vote for him over "whoever the Democratic opponent is"?
The reason I ask is because there is a theory that he will do just that. And it's likely to cause more votes to be siphoned away from the Democrat's nominee than the Republicans.

Nope, 3rd party candidates never win.

That really says something about how much shit the republican party has come to, doesn't it? When they say: "Nah, this guy respects the constitution, small government and individuals rights too much for us"
Fuck the faux republicans that currently are in power. |

That's not very patriotic. It's better to be on the right side than the winning side. |

| There is no winning side with these 2 loser sellout parties we have. They both have somewhat different paymasters, but that's about it. |

I already am i! I registered republican when I was 18 and I thought the entire GOP was like Ron Paul. Sadly, I now know how wrong I was (fuck those evil neo-con cunt face anti-american scumbags!) But I am still registered republican! So I will 100% vote for Ron Paul!
Finally being a lazy procrastinator pays off! |

Anyone who votes for a party is a moron
Luther is right - vote for the correct person. I refuse to be swayed by assholes rooting for their "home" team.
my "team" is America. when you vote for the right person and the right reason - the whole country wins |

See I'm one of those people who has voted my conscience in the past to no avail...
If you listen to Ron Paul talk the only reason he's running for the GOP nomination is because he knows it's the only way he stands a chance.
It seems to me a wise decision because he could very well be the savior of the Republican party. |

It's hardly his respect for the constitution that turns off most Republicans. It's that he doesn't see the threat of terrorism and security as seriously as they do.

Arizona has open primaries so it doesn't matter which party you're registered in.
In your case, however, I would hesitate to throw in with the Republicans just to vote for Paul. He really has an uphill and unrealistic chance of getting the nomination, unfortunately.
I will definitely vote Dem this year unless the candidate is Hillary. In that case, I'll probably vote Libertarian and let the two major parties fight it out.
Then again, if the Republicans run McCain or Romney, I may vote Democratic even if it's Hillary running. |
