The house has set the over/under at 12 posts before Holy Elvis is locked up again.
I know this is a high number, but house analysts believe that after several weeks of lock up, Holy will withhold spam, angry bigotry, and VIP insults for at least this long.
Who knows, the house was way off last time. It was set at 12, he was banned by 6 posts.
Any action? |

Yes, I know you don't give a shit and you will/should tell me to put you back on ignore but since you post like a regular person most of the time, I'm again interested in reading your posts. It was the constant 9-11 posts I couldn't deal with. |

Not at all. I'd be happy to debate with you. Every discussion doesn't have to be a pissing match. I think we'd all be a bit surprised to find out that the people we argue with in here are reasonably cool.
Like a lot of people in here, if I get attacked and insulted, I'll give it back in spades. The same goes for a little respect, as well. |

There is a difference between BEING a joke and having a joke OPINION. So far you have only proven yourself to be the former. Try posting something halfway intelligent and maybe we can have some decent discussions, even if we don't agree on a single thing. |

gotcha. I live among a lot of soldiers and families as I'm in a military town. I get to hear what the real story is on the war. Let me tell you, it is 180 degrees different than what the media portrays....all that just pissed me off, but I guess I realize that talking shit is useless... |

No, not even that so much. Most people here talk shit, myself included. But if you start out that way, without any indication that you can hold an intelligent discussion on something it can make for a short stay because you get everyone on your ass from the start.
And BTW, I work on military bases all over the east coast, in hospitals, etc., and without my even bringing the subject up, guys are telling me the opposite of what you just said. Most I talk to say it's worse than what the media portrays. |

Well, not everyone brings up the subject, and since I am there on business, I would never even start that conversation. But of those who make some kind of comment or conversation about it, I would say it's probably 60/40 negative....
That being said, I am under no delusions that is representative of the entire military.... It does seem to make a difference what service the people are in, though. Alot more negative comments come from the Air Force, Army and Navy, versus the Marines, who are almost all positive.... |
