Yes, he's close to 150 lbs. overweight. According to the Body Mass Index charts, he'd have to lose 130 pounds to be at the high end of "normal" weight for his height of 5"10. |

As someone whose probably about 50 lbs overweight at the moment, I can tell you that it's not hard to fuck a chick. But I do feel like a beached whale, even though people say I wear it well. |

I know I have 15-20 extra right now,I can tell you after 40 your metabolism drops, as much walking and exercise that I get in a day at work, I shouldn't be 1 pound over,.. and I eat healthy , no fast food, lots of veggies and fruit. I'm still adjusting to no cigarettes. |
