| Ned you hit the nail on the head when you called that Father up in Boston and spoke of the 10 commandments of driving. His wheels were spinning with hail Mary's after you got finished with him, great finish with the songs to drive him over the top. Who else agrees? |

Well we all know movies aren't real but we still like them. The point is to be entertained and it definetly did that!!!

I have to agree with Irocya, you have to take the show for what it is; an amazingly entertaining, funny scripted show and if you don't enjoy it why listen to it an complain? They all do a great job, shenanigans or not.

Real or Fake I really don't want to know. Either way Ned's call was awesome, as are most of his calls...like the FCC call, the call to the Muslim organization and the "gay only" senior citizen's home.

| all you have to do is look up the diocese online and see that the priest in question does not exist. its obviously fake, whats funny is that so many people think the bits on this show are real. 75% of what is funny on the show is scripted and fake. the argiments are faked. its become a joke lately...hell the most popular person on the show is fake. to compare a fake ned call to the many REAL calls that sal and richard make is the real joke. yes, i'm sure some of the sal and richard calls are faked but the vast majority are real. nothing about ned or his calls are real at all even if they are funny. its good sketch radio comedy i guess. |

During the Santa's Butt Beer call at the beginning Ned quickly says "this call is being recorded" or something along those lines before delivering one of the funniest of the phone calls. Doesn't matter to me if it's real or fake because the shit is hilarious, same for Sal and Richard's stuff. As for Mantits and his "Dialtone Delinquents" the calls are unfunny because they sound so fucking forced. If he wants to do something mildly amusing then he should listen to Bob and Tom and create a Donnie Baker of his own, which, of course, will be lamer then shit because it will sound forced and generic. |
