Remember satelllite radio does not have to have to journalistic integrity like regular radio should. Regualar radio needs to stick to having local programming and report local and regional news instead of piping shitty satellite feeds. If they aren't pumping there music through a satellite, they are playing only music that fits their format and rotation without taking any requests. Then regular radio bitches about satellite radio taking their audience when satellite is much more entertaining since regular radio isn't too informative except maybe in my parts when severe weather strikes-then they are slow if it builds up quickly after hours. The biggest problem with satellite radio is transportability which could be fixed quite easily with a merger with Alltell in my opinion. |
