| joisey is trying to abolish the death penalty, saying it isnt a deterrent. wanna know why it isnt a deterrent....because it is never used! they need to start frying some of these scumbags on death row. the system needs an overhaul. its time to get rid of the endless appeal process that takes forever. look how fast saddams neck snapped! endless appeals cost the state a ton of money and allows the prisoner to build sympathy, just look at that cop killer mumia abu jamal....for those on death row now, it is time for an in depth review of each case, and if dna evidence is available, use it, especially with older cases when the technology wasnt there. that way we can be certain the person we fry is really guilty. fuck those who say its "cruel and unusal punishment" when talking about lethal injection. tell that to the families and loved ones of the murder victims....the punishment should fit the crime. bring back "ole sparky" and the firing squad! |

when you steal, for food, or say diapers for a child..... it isnt right, but this IS an issue that CAN be remedied.

| i came up with a way to help lower the amount of these assholes who are currently confined that we as hard working citizens are paying for everyday they need to get a couple of these old junk military cargo planes and load them full with these scumbags tell them they are being transfered and fill the planes with enough fuel to get half way across the ocean and bury the fuckers at sea!I just found out one of my friends fathers got his ass busted in brevard county florida soliciting sex from 2 fifteen yr olds i say chop the cock and let him piss out of a straw the rest of his life or squat like a woman that shit is unaceptable! |

| i agree with the above in part.start having less kids that you cant take care of and that will be less for the gangbangers.stop making movies that glorify gangbanging and maybe kids that wouldnt normaly be hip to the thought of doing it wont go out looking for them.i believe that rehabiliation or whatever starts as a child.you have to teach your kids right from wrong and not give up.once you give up then thats when they turn to the streets.you have to fight for them and be a role model yourself.sitting in front of the computer saying not now,maybe later is not the way.i know i have been guilty of that and it kills me.time and attention is what the young ones need and should get from us.we chose to give them life. |

It's funny that I've never encountered someone who is against the death penalty yet somewhere out there is a faggot bleeding-heart liberal who is against it. I wish someone who is against it would stand up and try to explain why they are. It just makes no sense to me.
Fuck it, I'm from Texas where we do things somewhat right. Sure it usually takes a long time to make sure someone dies after they commit some horrendous crime but at least they die versus a state abolishing the death penalty. |
