ATLANTA - Pro wrestler Chris Benoit strangled his wife, suffocated his 7-year-old son and placed a Bible next to their bodies before hanging himself by the pulley of a weightlifting machine, authorities said Tuesday.
Benoit’s wife, Nancy, was killed Friday in an upstairs family room, her feet and wrists were bound and there was blood under her head, indicating a possible struggle, Fayette County District Attorney Scott Ballard said.
The son, Daniel, was likely killed late Saturday or early Sunday, the body found in his bed, Ballard said.
Benoit apparently killed himself several hours and as long as a day later, Ballard said. His body was found in a downstairs weight room, hanging from the pulley of a piece of exercise equipment

Investigators also found prescription anabolic steroids in the house, Lt. Tommy Pope of the Fayette County Sheriff’s Department. He would not comment on Benoit’s state of mind or possible motive.
Autopsies showed all three died of asphyxiation, Pope said. |

What does hog tieing have to do with time of death. No one ever suggested she killed Chris if that is what you are thinking. If you actually read the posts before getting your panties all tied in a knot, the one suggestion was that it was possible that she killed the kid, and he then flipped out and killed her. That was an early report.
Most of the internet news reports have said he killed her, then the kid. These could have been based on the text messages he sent out saying that he watched wrestling with his son, assumed alive when they watched the wrestling.
So, have you seen any official timelines of death? |

| I think it's pretty obvious what happened. The guy that Bubba greased yesterday was talking about the same type of situation. She married him for his money. While he was out working, to support her ass and their lifestyle, she was fucking around on him. He then (and rightly so) killed the whore and her bastard child. Case closed, he was the victim. :D |
