I am so desperate right now I am asking anyone I can for help. Roger and I are in Myrtle Beach South Carolina right now. Tonight our truck was stolen with our dog Dakota in it. I am asking anyone that is local to here and any of you FTE's on the road for help. We just want our dog back.
Please keep your eyes out for a White Ford Excursion 2000 Eddie Bauer Edition... PA license plate starts with FRP6473 ** this is the correct plate Nubmer** We have filled out a police report and called animal control and are going to try and get anyone to help us we can tomorrow.
If anyone has any contacts in this area with local media or anyone that can help us I would be so appreciative. We are offering a cash reward for the return of Dakota.
We are staying at the Holiday Inn in Surfside #843- 238- 5601 room 200.
Anyone that knows Roger and I know that we love him so much and appreciate any help the Bubba Army can give us finding Dakota. Here is a picture of him. Thank you guys so much and I am sorry to ask, we are just so desperate.

| Heather, be sure to tell front desk that you will accept calls to the room number if the caller doesn't know the name of the person the room is registered to. Nearly all hotel chains train guest service agents (fancy name for desk clerks) to only put through calls if the name of the guest is known. This protects not only the guest, but also the hotel from having callers know which rooms are not occupied and vulnerable to break ins to steal hotel property. At the very least instruct the clerks to take a written message for you. Good luck. |

I was down there a few weeks ago.. i've been going to myrtle beach my entire life.. and it's really sad to say that its not like it used to be.. you gotta watch where ya go anymore, hell when i was down there i stayed on the strip. but i didnt do anything there.. i stuck to the major tourist things.. broadway at the beach.. and stuff in north myrtle..

Thank you everyone. I wanted to update the correct license plate number. It is FRP6473 PA plates.
We just came back to the room to charge up our cell phones and get something to drink. The local news is meeting us here soon. Bubba is going to help us as well. I know if anyone keep help us find the truck with Dakota it is the hard working FTE's. We made flyers and are going to plaster them up right now.
Please keep spreading the word with the FTEs. You guys are simply the best. Thank you. |

You would be amazed at how quick they can get a car started. I used to know a kid who could start any Nissan/Infinity in under 30 seconds.
Im really happy Bubba gonna help her out, I would be heartbroken if one of my pets went missing. |

Well still no news as of right now. Roger and I spent the afternoon posting flyers and calling for him in the area where the car was stolen. The local news came out and did an interview and played it at 6pm and will do it again at 11pm. We are going to go back out again soon.
I appreciate everyone passing the word on with their FTE friends and family and the people letting their friends and family in this area know to look out for our dog.
We just want Dakota back and this is killing us right now. |

I know this is obvious wiz but sometimes in times of turmoil the obvious gets overlooked. Keep checking the local shlters and bring them pictures and leave them there before you go home. Think positive and good things will happen! |

| What every one needs to do to help Heather and Roger out in the event that they dont find him is keep checking their local spca online and search through the pictures of dogs. They always post them online and their is a very good chance Dakota will end up at one of em. I really hope they find him today but if they dont there are people from every state on this board that could check there local spca. |
