| man this is so sad, it was sad reading it and more sad hearing her talk about it. What also sucks is they drove down there, you know if you car was stolen at home you would get in another car and drive around, they are in another state and they probably don't have another car to drive around and look, unless they rented. |

South Carolina Highway Patrol
More often then not, Local cops and Highway patrol are different although the Vehicle is in the system, the Vehicle is not on there radar unless it is brought up to them. |

BOLO bulletins are fed to the onboard cruiser systems for most highway Patrols, in addition, SOP for most Sheriff's Departments is to announce BOLOs as they are fed into NCIC to SO Units, and for themost part that is one of the primary frequencies used by highway patrolmen.

I would fax the Flyer to the myrtle beach station anyways and personally talk to the watch commander to get the word out to his troopers in there daily roll call, it is real easy to look past bulletins unless it is pointed out to you. |

I think the next time I got to the vets I'm having that hooked up for my pets. I read an article about a pet hoarder who stole peoples animals. They had to put a lot of them down especially the ones who didn't have the chips because they were so sick and couldn't find the owners. |
