my question is this. if the casino is on Indian Reservation land ... and he was arrested by the Indian Police... and the Indian Casinos don't have to pay any local or federal taxes or answer to local laws of the county they are in.. why was this guy released to the Hillsborough County Sheriffs Department to answer to the local laws of Hillsborough County and not the Indian Laws?
why not just give the guy an Indian burn on his wrist and call it a day? |
