I just got my s-100 today....LOVE it but I thinks I gots a problem.
ok, I'm trying to adjust the settings and i can't escape from the first screen which is the "audio and display settings" no matter what I press, the only way is to shut it down and restart....this can't be right
secondly, How does one go from the internet radio back to sattelite...the only way once again I can get to the main screen is by rebooting.
It says in the book to press the "home" but nothing happens......did I get a defective unit?
Thanks, any help is appreciated.

If you hit the Home button, it should always go to that main menu.
Check 2 things:
1) Make sure the power switch is not in the "lock" position when you are pressing buttons.
2) If you are trying to press "HOME" "or "BACK" make sure you press the actual button, don't just try to press the dial in a diagonal direction. This may sound silly, but this fucked me up for several minutes. The four buttons in the corners are outside the dial circumference on the face of the unit.
If you've done both of these things already, then I'd say your unit is fucked up. |

STLSteve............YOU are the Man. Thank you so much, I never realized those were buttons, I have been pushing the dial in that direction.
Thanks again man. I was ready to send it back....now I really Love it, more than ever!!

No problem. I love mine, too. I don't even remember how I used to listen without the recording or pausing features.
One more thing that will improve it, slightly. Spend about twenty minutes connected to WiFi so you can download the latest updates. If you don't have any WiFi networks available, you can go to the website and download it. |
