| way to go spice the show was great 1 hr flew by. be careful thow bubba may get on the chip if people mark out to much to you he might think your getting more attention than him! :D |

Although the Wrap Up show was great -- still feel like Bubba is copying Howard's show a little too much lately...Bubba wrap up, ladies of bubba show idea, l.f.s.w's t-shirts...what's next the Bubba roast??
I'm all for getting the fans more involved with the show -- but at the same time I call into question -- why copycat Howard's show format?....I know people will say why not copy Howard, Howard's show is the best...etc....
The reason to me at least that I like Bubba and crew is because they are different from Howard's crew which makes the show fresh and original...I feel cheapened in a way seeing all of these Howard gimmicks on Bubba's show...
Reminds me of the WWF bringing out a Fake Diesel and Fake Razor Ramon after Hall and Nash left.... |

The WWE reference isn't fair, and well just plain wrong. They did the fake Diesel/Razor to make fun of them, ie: the characters and say we don't need you (Nash/Hall). |

Moreover, is the fact that in some ways Howard's show is copying things from Bubba's show. All of the Baba booey songs that are out there and you all of a sudden have song parody with in the tune of the price is right. which we all know is a staple in the Bubba show. Also, the gameshow sound effects that Bubba uses is all of a sudden being used alot in the Howard show.
I have not seen where Bubba's show is copying Howard show at. It is actually the other way around. I am not knocking comments just pointing this out,and just like others have said the format is dictated by the program exectutives. |

Thanks for clearing up the Tim Sabaen aspect of the situation....I don't agree with the direction of having the same types of gimmicks (not to mention the same guests) on both Howard's show and Bubba's show and Farrell's show...Not because I'm a "howard d**k rider" (bubba mark here) but because I think it waters down either program when you start copying each other on one another's show format, gimmicks, etc...And I agree roaring madmac that aspects of Bubba's show have crept into Howard's....
At the end of the day if corporate tells anyone to jump the answer apparently is How High.....I am taking a sh!t on Tim Sabaen....
To better compare the situation (Fake Razor and Fake Nash was off, my apologies) I say this is like reality tv where you have all these shows biting off one another...You have American Idol, then you have Simon Cowell producing America's Got Talent...you have the Idol producer doing so you think u can dance..and now he has some show on Fox finding a band...can't think of any new ideas??
Instead of recycling the same sh!t over and over -- be original Tim Sabaen...get some new shows going...brent's show, a ned show, hire some talent give them a shot...Growing tired of replays and now the programs you have you want them to copy each others format...Get a clue Sabaen!

| ...I listened to the "premiere" of the Bubba Wrap up show.....Spice did an amazing job!!!! :bigclap: listened to the entire hour....(which I never do ...usually listen to Bubba for 20mins. then I bale)....Great show!!!!! Brent..Manson..and SpiceBoy...the future Superstars of Sirius 101!!!!!! :bigup: |

I thought it was great, and am looking forward to hearing it regularily.
For a long time I thought Spice had a lot of potential and hosting ability, but he was extra good today. Other times in the past he sounded a bit like he was filling in for the host, when leading a segment, today it actually sounded like he knew he was the host.
I also thought Big Dick was really good on the radio, before he had to go back to screening calls. Hope he teaches Chip to be a better call screener because I think Big Dick would be a good regular on the wrap up show. After 3 callers, who sucked, I could see what was coming and was not suprised when they sent Big Dick to go screen calls.
I like it when Manson and Brent pipe up more, this gives them a reason to, and It's always good to hear what they have to say when Bubba is not around, and can't call in. |

The first one had his window rolled down I'm, one was very hard to hear, that is all I can remember right now. If he wanted to get out of a job, he found a way to do that. Big Dick said something like Chip had a hard time saying no to putting people through. |
