QUESTION:

Psychomike, you claimed to have been a member of the Students for a Democratic Society. The SDS advocated the destruction of all bourgeois, capitalistic paradigms, including that of 1950's American sexuality and monogomy. To achieve these ends, they engaged in hardcore orgies, which included a great deal of homosexual intercourse.

Did you participate in homosexual intercourse as part of these orgies while you were a member of the SDS?

For extra credit, you can address the discrepancies I pointed out in THIS THREAD.
Halcyon
You lose, psychofag refuses to post in threads he did not start.

Sorry, thanks for playing.
Ass Boil
That's not entirely true, Hal.

Psychomook did post in the thread I started about him threatening to sue everyone.
IWannaBangBiel

Your thread and this thread are not at all the same. You attacked him personally, this post is not of a personal nature, just a request for him to explain himself.

This thread will be ignored, I'll put money on it if you want Ass Boil.....$20?
Ass Boil
CT, I bet that asshole just forgot to research that particular claim before he included it on his resume.

He isn't exactly playing with a full deck.
Ass Boil
Sorry Hal, but I have a strict policy against gambling on retards... They are just too unpredictable. :p

Well Led Zeppelin did play the Atlanta pop festival in July 69.

They changed their name late in 68. Is it possible that the pop festival didn't know that or printed posters early? Who knows.

And it would make sense they played their first album during a July 69 tour cause their second album wasn't released till late 69.

So I don't get it, what do you mean "put down like a dog."

Can't you find something more constructive to do with your time than than inflate your sagging ego? Ooops, I forgot, you say you're a lawyer...
WillowGlen
Did they play all the music they ripped off from everyone else?

Well Led Zeppelin did play the Atlanta pop festival in July 69.

The first Atlanta International Pop Festival was a music festival held at the Atlanta International Raceway on the July Fourth and weekend, 1969, more than a month before Woodstock. It was organized by Alex Cooley, who later went on to organize the Texas International Pop Festival. The crowd was in 10's of thousands maybe even 100's of thousands. With temperatures nearing 100 degrees, local fire departments used fire hoses to create "sprinklers" for the crowd to play in and cool off. It was a peaceful, energetic, hot and loud festival with few (if any) problems other than heat related.

Performers at the event included Janis Joplin, Johnny Winter, Johnny Rivers, Chuck Berry, Blood, Sweat & Tears, Canned Heat, Spirit, Ten Wheel Drive, Joe Cocker, Chicago Transit Authority, Creedence Clearwater Revival, Grand Funk Railroad, Sweetwater, Al Kooper, Pacific Gas & Electric,[[Dave Brubeck}} and Led Zeppelin . The Allman Brothers Band were booked onto the festival by a phony promoter who had no authority to book them. When they showed up, they were not allowed to play.

They changed their name late in 68. Is it possible that the pop festival didn't know that or printed posters early? Who knows.

They played the previously booked Yardbirds engagements in late September ‘68 as the “New Yardbirds”. The following month they changed the name to Led Zeppelin

And it would make sense they played their first album during a July 69 tour cause their second album wasn't released till late 69.

Led Zeppelin II was released in the October of 1969 and already had half a million advanced orders; listeners eager to see how good the band's follow up album was going to be.

That would be Yes, Yes and Yes.

Boy CT, you sure put him down like a dog.

Does that make you feel better after the white people look down at you all day? :)

I'm too lazy to pull out the research, but I pretty sure you are wrong.

I was way too into Zep when in high school and read everything there was to read at the time, NCSM sounds 100% accurate the way I remember the timeline.

You might want to admit you're wrong on this point.

Check out the book "Hammer of the Gods", (not that it is a good book, but it might touch on the subject.)
NC-Stern-Mark
I was a huge Led Zep fan too. :)

What I don't get about CT, is why waste the time on this arcane bullshit? Call-out Thread?

WGAS...

Then be wrong and still claim "victory" :giggle:
