The administration will allow him to finish the season and retire at season's end. Regardless of how the Wolverines finish, this is Carr's final season.
Firing him midway through the year and allowing someone on his staff to take over would be counter-productive at this point. If I were in adminstration at Michigan, I wouldn't want someone on the same staff to coach the team and start fresh with an outside head coach in 2008 (i.e. Les Miles, Jeff Tedford, etc.). |

Well, Michigan fans aren't quite as die hard as any New York teams fans. New Yorkers fucking boo their teams constantly. Shows what bandwagon jumping assholes New Yorkers are. They may not be great this year, just remember though, Michigan is the winningest college football program in the history of college football. End of story. |
