I have a Sportster I got in 2004 that has worked fine untill last week. I get no audio for 20 - 30 min. and then it just kicks in randomly. Sometimes I can get the audio to come on if I hit the unit. The display is fine and it shows I am getting full signal strength.
I replaced the antenna, but I think it may need a whole new dock and wiring for the power and fm out.
Either that or I need to get a new radio which I don't want to do. Any suggestions? |

| mine in my wifes car does this from time to time. it will just say acquiring signal for a while but we have about determined that it has something to do with the heat. |
