Is anyone else as mad at bubba as I am for playing up the mad angle on Ned's bit? It's obvious his bit is a work and he recorded the swearing and curse words when Tyler wasn't there. It is an old radio trick to beep out a word that sounds like the word you want them to say.
eg. if someone says finding and you put the beep in the right spot, it sounds like they said fucking.
Every time tyler said anything like dick or whatever, it was beeped for that reason.
Anyway, if it was real, I could see him being mad, but since it's not, play the bit.... it's funny!! |

The angle was that he "didnt know" about the bit, so he had to play it in a cautious matter so the fans believe it

As long as I've been listening to Howard I've never heard anything that was a work or led me to believe it was a work. Maybe he does, but it's not nearly as obvious as Bubba's. |

I guess everybody missed Howard's show when Sal and Richard admitted that some of their prank calls were "works".
They had their comedian buddies on the other end of the phone.

Almost all the fights on Sterns show are Works! Shit a lot of the show is sort of scripted. They get together before the show and decide what they all are going to do.... If you think that Howard does not Work it then you are a true blind fan. |

I must have missed this show. I only heard them once get pissed at Artie cause he made a joke that they were fake... and Sal said they put tons of work in them and it was an insult to call them fake...blah blah... So did this happen after that show? And did he say which calls are fake? I'd like to know.... also what did Howard say when they revealed that? |
