This Russian expedition to claim the waters of the arctic sea smells like a rat. This "sea bed" looks suspiciously like the bottom of the Moscow river. And that "robotic arm" looks like an Octava microphone with shock mount.

| I went wading in the Moscow river. The floor was all "silty" like that picture. I shoulda stuck an American flag in there and then went to the United Nations to claim it as mine. |
