Time to quit! It seems to work pretty good, I havent really been jonsing for a smoke. Tucker is crazy though, it says on the box that is is important to stop using it after the 3 months. also you can OD if you chew 2 pieces at once. Its to help people stop smoking only. He's insane.

I got on the Nicorette also. Tucker made it sound positively orgasmic.
2 weeks later Im still getting a buzz but the EXPLOSIVE DIARRHEA has me wondering if I should stay on it.
I do like 2 pieces at once but you don't want to chew them continuously or it really bothers my stomach. It's a good 2 hour buzz though if you do it right. |

I did get a buzz from it a few times. You chew till you tounge gets tingly then put it between your lips and gums till the tingle wears off. Then repeat till there is no tingle left. If you just chew it up and suck on it you get all fucked up! :cool: |

| Dude fuck 3 months, stop in a week or too. I quit 7 years ago with put a puff . It took me a few years to do it.... The time it worked is when I was done with nicotien in 10 days...... |
