Not trying at all actually, and yes by the way you were wrong...
All I am and was trying to do is bring in debate/converse into the section
I listen to Bubba daily and would like to come home after listening and talk about the show and what has or may happen in regards to it. I'm not all into making funny pictures of this or that fourm poster or cracking jokes about them. This is a Bubba site and should be dedicated to talk about the show, not making a select few that are able to post 24/7 semi-celebs.
I'd just love to see threads about say for instance a Manson song....discuss how and why it was funny...add/subtract lines to it that could have made it better in your opinion...
Why no threads on Bubbas poll topics ever? Discuss why you voted this way or that?
So that's basically what I'm all about, and I'm beginning to think that I'm in the wrong place. I think people here just want to be silly and such. Sure you all listen to Bubba, but you have no real thoughts in your heads or the capacity to discuss them. |

That is great, but it seems the topics you pick and/or the way you go about things rubs a lot of people the wrong way.

It used to be that way. From my point of view, it has got a lot better than it was on both accounts. I think Bubba mentioning the forum is the root cause of a lot of the past destructive type behaviour. There seems to be a bit of a hesitation to post in the forum as a whole, but especially the daily thread - either because of a stigma from other fan sites where a lot of us are also members, or from some hardcore stern fans that feel they'd be ridiculed for coming to the darkside.
Actually, at one time, you'd have been dealt with a lot more harshly than what you are dealing with now. That used to be a big problem, and no one really has been taken to task or ganged up on since you showed up, and you do deserve some of it.

Those would be postive threads. Doesn't seem like you've started many like that. And there is a hesitation to start threads about good things, people don't want to be looked at for sucking up too much.
