At 6 years of age, when I was in Kindergarten, a girl came up to me and asked to see my 'pee-pee'. I got in trouble from the teacher when I actually whipped it out.
I had no idea it was 'bad' to do that. But once I was explained that I'm not supposed to 'whip my deal out', and after my Mom talked to me about why girls and boys are different, I had a better understanding about why it's bad to be showing up your privates in public.
I wasn't traumatized, and I wasn't mature enough to understand all the implications. But that didn't matter, all that mattered was that I was mature enough to understand it's bad to whip your shit out.
