- Gay Howard ignored sexy BethO for his chess game and spent the morning apologizing about it on air. is the honeymoon over, a bump in their romantic road, is chess getting in the way, or as beth says an evolution of their relationship?
- Beth sounded legitimately hurt. Did this give anyone else flashbacks to the Alison years?
- Some people feel that Howard has seems more open to having a family with Beth. Why?
RETIRE OR RESIGN?
- Howard concluded that he'll have to resign becasue he can't let down his team. Will he change his tune?
- Are you shocked that many of the staff can't retire?
- If they moved to afternoons & Bubba switched to mornings, how would it effect the shows? Richard says you need live Howard at 6AM. Would you be just as happy listening to yesterdays show in the morning & a new show in the afternoon?
- Artie says the ISDN looks really tempting which is far better than his normal, I'm done at the end of this contract. If they pulled long weekend, will the show be the same with Howard in the Hamptons, Fred in Connecticut, and robin & Artie at the Jersey Shore via the ISDN? What would the rest of the crew do? What if they all still cam into the studio & the fab 4 could see them on TV?

GETTING ON THE SHOW: Each week I start a roundtable brainstorming thread where the fans help build our topics and a listening thread where people discuss the show while it's happening. if you'd like to do the show, get in there and participate. once you've been around for awhile ask to be on the show and pick a date. there's a schedule posted in every brainstorming thread.
GUESTS OF THE SHOW: The show airs from the Sirius studios in NYC Times Square. It's on the 36th floor of the McGraw Hill building on the corner of 49th & 6th in studio 21. Guests should be there at 6PM so we can do mic checks. The show goes live at 7PM. You can not bring any friends. our studio is very small and there's really no place for them. I'll need your full name in advance and you need to bring your ID for security. If I don't put you on the list and you don't have your ID, you will not be able to get in.
This is an office and you are expected to be on your best behavior. It's not some free for all party. You shouldn't do anything that you would do when stopping by the bank. You cannot bring alcohol, take off your clothes, make noise, or bother people. I know you are a Stern fan but we're not out at the bar. You need to be cool. Don't stop them and ask for an autograph or photo. Everytime one of you misbehaves, I get a new rule to follow.
You CAN NOT walk around Sirius. You will be escorted from the upstairs lobby to the studio and back out. Do not take it upon yourself to just walk around & check things out. Nobody is allowed to stop by other shows. DO NOT stop by Ferrall's studio under any circumstances even if you think it's OK. I've been told by management that it's not. If you'd like to be a guest on Ferrall, they need to put you on their guest list.
You may take photos in the studio but please do not take pictures in the halls or lobby.
DO NOT sign the wall.
All plugs must be approved in advance. If you are going to be on the show and you have something to plug, you need to let me know the day before. ANYONE WHO PLUGS A WEBSITE OR BUSINESS WITHOUT PERMISSION WILL NOT BE INVITED BACK. |

Been searching but has this been discussed anywhere? Howard often talks about preference for enhanced although this seems to be contrary to most of the listeners LOL.
The answer seems obvious but I don't believe Howard has ever been asked and I don't think he's ever brought up the subject. This is quite contrary to his typical "open" attitude about just about everything in his life.

also this is big one...
howard seems to be doing a lot that he has never done. is this a result of therapy? the smelling of the balls, eating pizza and drinking beer. also, howard clearly has an eating disorder. why? he made such an issue that people paid attention to what he ate at the party. first off i had an ED and i know that is classic. second, he never eats like that in front of people and for him to get mad at gary and the others for making mention of it speaks volumes. lets be real, he has an ED and you should discuss it.
what do you think will make artie realize he is one of the luckiest guys on the planet! he was on the docks and now at the top of heap! what needs to happen to make this dude see that life is worth living? also he soo needs to do what ever it takes to get dana back! |

Sal is a talented version of Ralph.
Sal makes contributions but his personality drags him into a lot of bullshit.
Ralph makes almost no contribution (dressing Howard? calling to critique the show?) and his personality causes a lot of bullshit and drama. |

Of course the chess over sex issue is a Hot Topic to discuss but Howard has chosen porn over the Real Thing many times so what is the point. Beth knows it, the QUESTION is does she really accept it?
Personally, I think that the weight gain on all the guys is a wicked subject to discuss, since Battle of the Blobs only ended May 7th and they have gained an amazing amount of weight back.
Also, how would guys feel about their gals gaining weight that fast?
How would significant others be expected to react if their partner gains so much weight. What if Beth gains? Huh Howard?
More importantly, discussions on how rolly polly bodies can perform sexual acts especially like 69 would be a really cool topic.

If Howard really thought of Bubba as his "successor," he would definitely get involved to keep Bubba on H101.
If Bubba leaves, that's a definite sign that Howard would either need to bring somebody else in (and might have to, to fill the afternoon slot) or is leaning towards re-upping for an additional year or two. |
