Should I trade Marvin Harrison and Marion Barber for TJ Houshman...?

I'm a ppr league and I have depth at running back with;

Adrian Peterson, Brandon Jacobs, Kevin Jones and Steven Jackson.

My other receivers are Steve Smith, Cotchery and Dwayne Bowe.

I need another receiver.

What do you think?

I'm in the same boat. Steve Smith is KILLING me. My others are Cotchery, Mason, and Curtis.

yes do it, housh is developing into the primary target with chad double teamed, but be aware chris henry comes back and might steal some receptions and TD's

Yeah, it sounds like a good trade given the depth you have at RB. I'd do it. Housh is consistent and will help you out at WR.

Good trade. Plus, CJ might be out so TJ will not lose too many touches when Henry comes back.

With the depth you have at RB I would definitely make the move to grab Housh and address a weakness.

thanks guys

Yeah, do that. S. Smith is nowhere to been seen these days. Housh is about as solid as they come.

With your depth it's a decent trade, but you could be able to get Moss with that type of trade. I would deal Harrison now I think he might be done for the season they keep saying he might play, but he never does.

I was thinking that as well -- that he could possibly get T. Owens (probably not Moss at this point -- I doubt anybody who owns Moss would consider moving him at this point) but Housh is very solid and will help his team. He should still pull the trigger on that deal and not waste time trying to find somebody who might put up slightly better numbers. Harrison is a total non-factor right now so unless his league is full of morons, nobody is going to care much about landing Harrison in a trade. This is essentially Barber for Housh, which isn't bad at all given his depth at RB.

I know it sounds crazy, but now is a great time to deal Peterson. He is injury prone and with no passing game at all by the Vikings teams will find ways to stop Peterson. You can get any player you want for Peterson right now and could probably get a Top RB and WR for him.

Who would you try to get for Peterson?

Depends what you need, but you can get someone like Peyton for him with another solid RB. Probably end up getting a combo like Anquan Boldin and Brian Westbrook for him.
