| I wonder that if he mentions Sirius too much on his FM show that some pencil necked PD will have it bleeped or hit the delay button. Maybe he can just say "eh eh uh" like Howard had to. :bs: |

| I think part of his local FM deal is being able to promote his national Sirius show. Fans are fans - if they like him in the AM they will listen in the afternoon. Since he seems to be doing two largely separate shows, there should be tons of content to keep the local FL FM listeners happy. Plus - with the commercials he's only doing 2.5 to 3 hours of show on FM. We gets 3.5 plus and it's uncensored. |

| I think he's gonna promote the Sirius show all the time telling people to listen to the "REAL" show. Sirius subsriptions will increase alot. He'll get beeped all the time - he's to use to cursing on Sirius. |

| When he went on Cowhead's show the other day there was quite a few mentions of Sirius. Cowhead said he listened to the show on Sirius and him and Bubba talked about Howard a bit. It looks like it doesn't bother the Cox people that much. |

He is on in Tampa & Orlando, how many subs do you think is "a lot"?
I don't think think BTLS being on those stations is doing ANYTHING for Sirius (except Bubba is making enough money on FM to allow him to take Siri's offer) |

He's on in Tampa and Jacksonville, not Orlando.
I live in Orlando and I've only heard rumors of him coming to the Cox station here.
Also, I doubt he talks about Sirius since he never mentions his morning show, it seems everytime it's brought up it's shot down really quick |

John - ehhh, no. The FM show is actually hilarious. He's doing things on the FM show that he's forbidden from doing on Sirius. The only difference is the lack of swearing.
He talks about the Sirius show a lot... what he doesn't do is directly promote it. He doesn't tell his listeners about how they're going to interview somebody in the afternoon... but he talks about Sirius a lot in general. |

The FM show has been great. It's too bad some people won't listen just because it's on terrestrial radio. The Sirius references are vague, but are still there. And he'll mention Artie, Gary, or Howard on occasion. |

Why don't you listen to the show before passing judgement.
The FM is fantastic and proves that you don't have to work "blue" in order to entertain. It actually takes creativity to make this happen.
The Sirius Show is still as good in my opinion but has evolved as the boys are looser , punchdrunk from a lack of sleep.
Hearing Ned the other day let loose with a tirade of profanities was priceless.
And some of the best material comes from the callers. Who needs silly stunts anyhow.(fuck you ,Donnelly). |

You make great points.
The Reason why most FM shows suck is because most FM hosts are shitty no-talent hacks compared to Howard and Bubba. The BRN crew is a group of great entertainers who are capable of being great even without cursing. Don't forget that Howard was great when he was on testicle radio, even at the end once the FCC crackdown began.
Bottom line, if the talent is good enough, they can be entertaining even with the FCC breathing down their neck. |

| I do not live in Florida and do not have the chance to listen to Bubba AM but someone said that he is doing some stuff on FM that he is forbidden to do on Sirius. What are those things, and let me say that is a crock of shit since sirius is "uncensored." |

Any of you guys that haven't heard it can listen online. http://theboneonline.com/ and http://rock105i.com/ both stream the show for free.
It's true Bubba does have a lot more freedom and creative control on the morning show. It shows and the show as a whole is great. They aren't allowed to say some of the words they can on sirius, but they still can say a lot. Dildo, Dick, ass, pussy.. just to name a few that I was surprised to hear on the morning show. He can say whatever he wants about Sirius and Howard. He's even had Howard on the show. The reason that you don't hear him mention the moring show on Sirius, is because it is in his contract that Sirius can fine him $250,000 for mentioning it. |
