Pricing? And who is going? i live in Idaho but went down to Vegas for the first meet and greet a year a go. I'm thinkin bout makin the trip, but after hearing bout phoenix im not so sure. Guess it will depend on pricing.
Kayotic1
I am definitely going to if the pricing is right.
WeZeL
Kayotic, hows vegas thease days?
Kayotic1
It has been fairly mild. A little cold for us locals, but not terribly bad. Getting ready for the big New Years events.
WeZeL
I miss Vegas on New Years, too much fun for this guy to handle. I see Richard Cheese is playing at AJ's in the Hard Rock on New Years. Thinkin bout flying down for a long weekend.

By the way, new here. Hi all!!
BCStel
They originally announced Wednesday but now he said Thursday. I plan to be there as I have family in Vegas! Actually I will be there the following weekend as well for my bachelor party :)

I am sorta new..long time lurker.
AlphaKennyBody
We plan on being there for the show as well as NASCAR...

Anyone have any tips on buying seats for NASCAR? (sections, rows)

Never been to a race. I want to get killer seats for the hubby.

By the way, Sorry, didn't mean to jack the post...

On another note...any one ever stay at the Hard Rock??

I have never been to a race there, but it seems to look like most seats are decent.

As far as the Hard Rock, it is a nice Hotel. Little bit off the strip but not far enough away that it is tough to get there. Young crowds and hot party spot. You can even get a room with a stripper pole in it and have some girls from Club Paradise come over and dance in your room for your hubby.
Douchebag_AZ
I live in Phoenix , I'm not the biggest Bubba fan but definately support his show , anyways how did the Bubba Palooza in Phoenix go down ? was it any good ? anything crazy happen?

If only they had tickets for considerably cheaper, while offering people with the opportunity for a free meet and greet after the event.
JaundiceArtie
Yeah, I'm going to be in Vegas on 3/23. So I'll miss this show. After listening to the mix in stories today, I'm interested in seeing Amanda and Brent in person, as well as Bubba, Heather and everyone else.
saintsfan985
What a douchebag
TheRealCP Trav
I'll be there. There are $40 tickets. $150 for a show in Vegas isn't bad. Remember, "what happens in Vegas, stays in Vagas", but what you catch in Vegas is forever :hs: :hs:
KurtEvans
Trav! Nice to see you around. I've been wondering about where you've been...

A question I wanted to ask you ... what's your Sirius story? I figure that most people who listen to Sirius are FTE (or on the road a lot), or they bought it for Howard, or it came in a car they purchased. How did you become a Sirius subscriber?

PLEASE NOTE - All Top Tier Tickets ($146.50 Tickets) include a "Gift Bag" and Meet & Greet Pass.

God damn...$146.50 for VIP? These guys are killing it with this event. Who actually thought up the idea for this expensive meet n greet deal, because he needs a bonus.

How much was it? 86.50?? There is something fucked up with ticketmaster, because on the main page it list the ticket prices as 146.50, 66.50, and 46.50, but when you search for tickets, it says SECTION TIER 1 for 86.50 which is not the meet and greet...

This has to be something that Bubba and them fucked up. Ticket master is usually right on but this is the first fuck up I've been through

Yeah...86.50
Scales
the first tickets I snagged were in Row M, but it was seat 1. Down in tier 1, for 86.

I keep checking, and I get either row K or J, which are in front of M, but it says seat 7, which I guess wouldn't be as centered as seat 1 in row M.

Looks like that will be an extra ticket, because after 30 minutes, I was lucky enough to snag a VIP ticket on ticketmaster. Not in the gold section, but at tables in the front row of the first balconny section. There are non VIP tickets available in the second row of the balconny section still it looks like.

I wonder how many people grabbed non VIP tickets before the VIP tickets went on sale. I already know of 1 guy who snagged tickets thinking they were VIP ones, and is pissed (at ticketmaster, not at Bubba) - I hope he was able to catch ticketmaster in time to replace his tickets with VIP tickets.

I only grabbed the 1 normal ticket because I wasn't sure if you'd want to be committed to a non VIP ticket.

When I could get VIP tickets, 30 mins later, i put in 2 of them, one for you, one for me, but it got chucked to the weeds because my Visa did not have enough limit on it. So I got 1 VIP ticket as of right now.

I just found out how to contact ticketmaster abotu half an hour ago, to see if I can get that normal one upgraded to a VIP, or what they can do. A lot of people got fucked over by ticketmaster the same way, I hope they held some VIP ones or something for this case.

Haven't heard back from them yet though. I sent you a pm elsewhere about what to do, therre might be some hope yet.. iggy iggy.... i explained it in the pm.

Anyone who got extra meet and greet tickets, please email me

ryanwunsch@gmail.com

I know of a few great fans that really wanted a VIP, but the Ticketmaster fuck up fucked them over. But then I've also talked to a few people who got VIP tickets in the first few minutes, I wonder if it is possible that a lot of people were holding tickets right off the bat (by looking at them) and those didn't become available until 30 minutes into the show.

Non VIP tickets dont' seem to be moving to fast (I know it is just the first day, but I'm just comparing those to the VIP ones that went like hot cakes).

I know some people waiting for the second show Bubba keeps mentioning before they grab tickets. I get the feeling that they are not going to wait for the first one to sell out before opening up the second one, the VIP tickets are the 'real money' tickets, and those will probably sell out fast once a second show is announced.

That kinda sucks, but bizness is bizness I guess....

There is no way Hard rock will give them the second show unless the first show already sold 75% of the entire place. They wont open a 2nd show just because 150+ vip tickets sold out in minutes with the rest of the JOINT empty...

Should be a good time...

I just got my tix. Gold Tier 1, row 6, 1 & 2 for 86 with tax and service charge they came to 208 total for the pair. There is a warning that the tickets are at the far end of stage. That's just because the stage and seats curve. As long as they don't just do everything from the very center of the stage it will be ok. Even commedians walk back and forth on a stage during an act. Besides that, the stage isn't even that big in The Joint. I went to see Chris Rock at Ceasers Palace and the stage was as wide as a football field. So I'm pumped for the event and B-Fudd I'll be looking for you dude. John In Vegas.

Gold sold out :(
DAMONKEYS
That sizzzzucks that there are no more "meet n' greets" left. I can't bring meself to spending the loot for the travel, hotel, etc w/o meeting the crew.
Kayotic1
Sucks. I really wanted to go to this, but it is on my anniversary. Wifey does not want to go to Bubbapalooza for our anniversary. I will have to try and work on her for the next 3 months.

It looks like they sold a lot of tickets last night and today, and wont' be suprised to see it sell out, or a second show added.

Yup...this is selling better than PHOENIX did in the first few days.  :mmm: :mmm:

-Gold and Tier 1 is gone
- Tier 2 is 75% gone
-Tier 3 is 90% gone
Standing room only..probably the majority left

How do you determine the percentage of Tier 2 or Tier 3 that is gone?

The Gold tickets are 146.50, Tier 1 are 86.

Two Gold Circle tickets run 336 and some change.

pecky982001
This is what I copied in from my ticketmaster receipt. Gold goes to row G. I'm just reporting what came up on the order screen and receipt.

Seat location: section GOLD, row F, seats 2-1
Total Charge: US $ 208.15

I realize these are not the $146.50 Gold Circle Meet & Great tickets, but they still are Gold and not Tier 1. I don't care what they are classified as. They're still row 6 (albeit the far end of the stage) and they're good enough for me. My terminology was not perfect so sue me. :) J/K

Hope to see you there pjcoregon. Have a great day.

My bad... I didn't realize there were Gold tickets that didn't include the meet and greet... I was just concerned you may not of purchased what you thought you had purchased... see you there.
pecky982001
Thanks for giving me the heads up. I appreciate it. You got me looking a second time to make sure. Had to do a double take willy, lol. Yeah, I think the meet and greet might only include like the first 3 or 4 rows in Gold or something like that and they were long gone when I got mine. We'll just have to go thru the line after the show and get something signed.
mtf611
SO how pissed off do you think Bubba's going to be when he notices or somebody notifies him that currently on BTLS.com the link/banner for Bubbapalooza is gone?
BCStel
I can't wait. We have 5 tickets in Tier 1. Should be a fun night...some of my cousins have no clue who Bubba is but they will be introduced that night!

I have to agree, it seems to me the BubbaCrabs is takin over and they all have dollar bills in their eyes. Especially after the reviews from the Phoenix show
BCStel
Not all the tickets cost that much. I can see both sides, but it is going to be fuuuun in Vegas.
WeZeL
I used to live in Vegas and yes its a great city, but where i've done it all b4 im not jacked to get back there like most people. I have a host at the Hard Rock and if they do another show I'm gettin 2 meet n greets comped so than I will definitely come down.
robvincent
Though I could pay for the tix - these prices are really too steep. I love the Crew but they not the Stones!

I guess it pays to know people ;) It almost sounded like they would do another show...guess it depends on how quick they sell out.
