Because its painfully obvious at this point that anything short of Isiah getting whacked litterarly and having his body disappear that Dolan is too stubborn and stupid to make a change. I wish someone would whack both of those clueless assholes and SAVE OUR KNICKS!!

The Knicks :jj:

22-year-old college student was busted for trying to sell "Fire Isiah" T-shirts outside Madison Square Garden on Wednesday night. Ivan Cash says he was hauled away in handcuffs, taken to the Midtown South Precinct, fingerprinted and held in a cell for three hours - until the Knicks lost to the Sacramento Kings, 107-97. Then he was given a ticket and released. Cash was at 33rd St. and Seventh Ave., waiting for a pal who has a vendor's license, when the cops swooped in, he said. He was charged with "intent to sell." A police spokesman confirmed the arrest Wednesday night but had no details. Cash said more than 100 frustrated Knicks fans had bought his T-shirts - at $20 a pop - at the last three Knicks home games. The graphic design student at the State University of New York at Geneseo makes the shirts himself. -- NY Daily News

Hahahah, Stern should invoke the "best interest" clause and force Dolan to sell, but Stern has been quoted that "there is more to the USA than the East Coast". He obviously doesn't understand that a strong East Coast is the key successful Basketball. It will take a little while for the Celtics to have a big impact on the NBA league wide. Dolan is not providing good competition to make he NBA better! It has become a South West sport and it isnt as successful as when New York and Chicago were strong.

in the early 70s?

that's the only time New York and Boston were up there.

the Ewing time doesn't really count for much, and even less as the years roll on.

and Chicago was in the West when the Knicks took it the last time.
