They'll find out eventually. But it was stuff like that which is why the site name was filtered in the first place. I was hoping that since it's been a few months since all that happened that it could be left in the past. |

I'm not trying to stir up a bunch of shit, honestly... you know me. I'm just frustrated thinking that BTLS marks might think this to be the only place to hang. Now that the BRN is not exclusive to the Stern brand, I kind of think it might be better for everyone to know of a place that was exclusively created for BTS fans. That being said, I guess I can countdown the seconds until this account disappears... For the love of money and starfucking, I guess genuine concern for the show we love means nothing ????? |

John, you don't have to convince Chob that this place has really changed, but I think you know that.
Wiz finally grew some balls and sent someone to TO tonight, and she got shit on over it.
The mod's over here may have been too nice in the past. There, I said it. Action has been long over due, too late to nip it in the bud.
I try to use both boards as much as I can, but it is really hard to use this one any more, things have gotten way out of hand, and it has become a place for Bubba hate it often seems. I tried to help stand that off, the same as you and Chob did at one time, but fuck it, the haters won.
If mod's arent' going to do more to change it, I sure the fuck am not going to worry about it. |

Of course there are a few.
The one previously mentioned, actually has an add at the bottom left of Bubba's page, you may need to refresh a couple of times to go through the add rotation, but it is there.

That's alright. It's just that a few months ago this whole thing got a bit out of control and a few people felt compelled to fight with the staff here and it resulted in a few TO's and dead accounts. And that's the reason we can't link the site here. People will find it if they look for it.
Anyway, it's cool that a Stern fan site welcomed Bubba with his own forum because he was on the channels. Mutt even said that he'd support Bubba if he was no longer on Sirius. I appreciate that. |

Yeah, the other day they had an older replay, and Bubba urged all the good fans to all get together on SFN. That is what I assumed this thread was started about. I beleive it was Tom from TO who started this kind of thread during the original airing of that show. |

Listen I don't know what you guys are talking about. There is no board war, honestly. This is a Bubba forum about the Bubba show. What else is here in this forum?
As far as mods in this forum letting things go.. I have not had one single alert in this forum in ages. Anyone sees a problem, you hit the alert. This forum is only as good as it's posters. I get what I see. I don't see it all. Some shit is just douche chills and not TOable offenses. We have to rely on the user base to go toe to toe with people.
What's the deal here guys? I know people are pissy after 2 weeks of vacation from our favorite show, but the guys are back tomorrow. |

nah...I just think that this is, and will always be a Howard site. thats it. Bubba gets no respect here, and is better off with a site that is all about his show....
Since I am not as passionate a Howard fan that I once was (due to the show being real shitty lately), I don't post too much over here anymore. No offense to this site at all, as it is what it is, a Howard Stern fan message board, with a little Bubba section.
The Darkside here has jumped the shark, as has the Stern show.
I like Mutt, Ivan, Wiz, sterniac, and some other people here, but most of the old school darksiders are now gone, and it just isnt the same here anymore.
Mutt runs a great site for Howard fans, no question. As a Bubba fan, I don't feel welcome here, thats all. |
