I was listening to a replay the other day (can't remember if it was Thurs/Fri) and a trucker who went by the name of Weasel called in to talk about how he picked some hottie up a Flying J, who was getting beat up by her old man, and then screwed her later. He then claimed to be the Spice Boy of Truckers. I'd heard that show before, but I never noticed that he sounded exactly like the trucker, Tim, who called in more recently about picking up that lot lizard named Karen and then moved her in to his house, causing problems with the estranged wife. I wondered if anyone else noticed that. I don't remember seeing any posts about it.

So, is this guy a fake caller? Are we gettin' worked? Tim never referred to himself as the Weasel, from what I can recall. All I know is that the whole scenario with Karen was hilarious and one of the best BRN moments of 2007...but if it was a work, well you decide.

Can you tell I'm bored with no new/live BRN shows??

Tim probably wasn't going by his real name the first time around, but when he called about the lizard living in his house, he referred to - and the guys remembered - the incident in which he'd picked her up. So, the second incident was a confirmed callback from the first incident.

Ahh, okay...I didn't remember him referring back to his previous call or going as the weasel the 2nd time around and I got suspicious. Thanks for the info.

So much for being the Spice Boy of truckers...Spice never woulda moved a whore into his house! Just ask Akira...

That had to be a total work! What kind of moron A) moves her into the house and (B) has Bubba phone her live to ask her to move out of the house before his ex-wife gets back there.

Plus 3/4 of the stuff that she was saying was completely made up on the spot. I actually got kind of bored listening to that whole bit. It was just too far over the top for me.

If it was a work, would she have been making stuff up on the spot, or would it have been rehearsed?

I have no doubt that when he called back for a third time and begged for a K5, he'd fallen into the realm of fantasy, but based on what had happened before, I believe it was authentic.

Incidentally, there are all kinds of morons out there, Sid. People are really, really, really stupid.
