| I am a big fan of Spice and plan on one day becoming a radio producer too, but I dont understand how he got the job if he dropped out of high school. I anyone knows please explain it to me. |

| Just like Gary, he was an intern. Eventually, they were given more responsibilities and then were upgraded to paid producers. |
