CAUSE NO.CR- 2008-02124-F
Stern Fan Network § THE PAROLE BOARD OF SFN
VS . §
SUPERLAWYER80 §
MOTION FOR RELAESE ON PAROLE
TO THE HONORABLE SFN PAROLE BOARD:
Comes now Defendant, Superlawyer80, in the above entitled and numbered cause, files this Motion for Release on Parole.
The Defendant was found guilty of violating the SFN rule on harassing VIP’s (High Pitch Eric). After being found guilty, the Defendant was sentenced to a term in time out. During his time in jail, the Defendant has been a model prisoner. His prison record shows no disciplinary actions
since being sentenced to time out. In addition, the Defendant has realized he made a mistake. He offers a sincere apology to High Pitch Eric for harassing him. The Defendant was drunk at the time the crime was committed. While not an excuse for his actions, it contributed to behavior that the defendant normally does not engage in. If released on parole, the Defendant will live his life as an outstanding citizen. The record shows that no public opposition to the release of the Defendant has been filed with the board. Upon release, the Defendant has gainful employment and a place to reside.
For the reasons stated above, and in the interest of justice, the Defendant prays that the board will grant this Motion for Release on Parole.
Respectfully submitted,
