Being an atheist, I agree with Howard that all religions are fantasy... but Scientology is a cult. Legitimate religions make their scriptures public and don't hide what their belief system is about, but cults always do exactly that. Not to mention the mafia-style intimidation and brutality that they practice against members who disobey or outsiders who criticize.
