He was on Sherdog's "Savage Dog Show" today and mentioned this.
I've had sex before with the belt on. That was back in the Ricco Rodriguez days. The night I won the belt I had a sexual experience with the belt on. But hey, I was 25 years old and it was the biggest thing that ever had happened to me in my life. The girl was like hey, are you going to take that thing off. And I said no, I'm not...I'm wearing it and if you have a problem with it, then I'm leaving. And I hate to say it, but if I do win the belt again, then this time it's never coming off. I'm going to wear it alot more.

Tito was the guy who started all that... I think he might have been worse than Tim when it came ot wearing the belt around in public... I think it's just the fact that Tim is so big and awkward looking in the first place that the belt just made him that much more noticeable. I actually believe to have one of the FEW pics of Tim in public without hi belt while he was champ...

That was a fantastic fight and Nog is a fantastic fighter who got all he could handle from Sylvia...
I was expecting the same old BS from Tim i.e. jabs from a distance until he got a decision but instead he wnet full throttle and provided the fans with an exciting fight.
That said I'm glad Nog got the win because he is just the more complete fighter and I think the belt will push him to be an even better fighter and could possibly dominate the HW class for some time to come.
Neds: Did you get a chance to interact with Tim? He's a really nice guy or at least always has been when I've had a chance to converse with him. |
