| I sing along to the opening song, after that though... man. There's only so much unfunny you can take. I think the longest I lasted was 20 mins of a show. After that I had to turn it. |

All specialty programming on Howard 101 (7 p.m./12 a.m.) is either broadcasting for free, for plugs or for very little money. And it all shows.
What's funny is, interns have a show on a service that people pay for. |

The Intern show is probably the worst of all. I can't believe Howard lets it stay on the air. Steve the Intern is only sort of shitty.... but the horribly amateur sounding panel he brings on every week always finds a way to bring the show to a screeching hault. It sounds just like what you would hear on any awful college radio station around the country. That show is far too sloppy sounding to be on Howard 101. |

Personally, Jackie's show is the least of all the evils for the 7pm slot (and the midnight slot, for that matter) ... I can't really listen to Chuck Zito or John The Stutterer's "Straight Talk" ... The Intern Show speaks for itself ... Riley's show would be better suited for 3am on 540AM on the radio dial (buried where I'll never hear it) ... Greg Fitzsimmons just doesn't do anything for me in a talk format ... thank goodness we've been spared any further torture though with the dropping of Andy Dick's Shit Show ... SFRT -- too much nuthuggery for my liking ... and then there's the week in review -- let's analyze ETM's latest round of denial that his so-called "girlfriend" Kendra isn't a user, or HPE's newest set of threats on voicemail or on SFN ...
I can only hope that they'll bring back some "Kill or Be Killed" from time to time ... I enjoy Miserable Men, but it comes on right in the middle of the Sunday prime time listening ... thank goodness though that there's always the Big 80's 7pm-8pm during the week ... gives me a chance to crank it back up for Ferrall ... |
