Weeks indeed. Now the question is: is the dynasty over? Think about it, they've already lost one first round draft pick, and will likely lose more once the Spygate thing really gets rolling. Their defense is getting old, their linebacker corps in particular. And historically the super bowl loser collapses the following year... most don't even reach the playoffs after losing a SB.
Not trying to be a hater or rub salt in the wound, but I really think we're not gonna see NE return to a SB any time soon. Sorry Pats fans, but you guys had a good run. Nobody stays on top forever. |
