It's not that people aren't looking. It's that they can't find what exactly in that pile of promises represents significant "Change" from Clinton's ideas. He likes to say that Hillary represents the 'old style' of politics and he's going to bring "change". It really is just an empty slogan. Washington does not work that way. Some of his followers might find his 'hopeful' naivety charming, but at the end of the day it's worth nada on Capitol Hill.
