NFL Network's Adam Schefter reports that the Seahawks agreed to terms with Julius Jones. Terms aren't disclosed.

This should end the Shaun Alexander era shortly. It's a dream scenario for Jones, who surprisingly gets another chance to start on a productive offense. Seattle could still add a rookie, but for now Jones looks likely to play ahead of T.J. Duckett and Maurice Morris.

Alexander is DONE

What happened to Alexander? He was good for a bit and then all of a sudden he sucks.
Saul Hudson
He got hurt and Steve Hutchinson left.

Either Alexander Or Morris Are Out. What's Alexanders' Cap Number? That Might Be A Factor.

they can just cut him

Julius was decent for us part of that first season & then it all went downhill. Perhaps getting a fresh start somewhere else will be just what he needed. With the Cowboys now using Barber as the starting RB, his services wasn't really needed.

More like since we are getting the services of McFadden he wasnt needed. Pacman will be signed next, release Spears, Carptener and Roy and we will be in business

Wear and tear, Robert. The guy was a bruiser.

Unless Mendenhall or Stewert fall to the Hawks in the first round, they will probably take a running back in the second or third round. Rice, Johnson, Hart, Forte or some of those blacks you know?

Once he signed his big $$ contract he stopped playing with any heart. And he plays not to get hurt, diving to the ground before contact like a receiver...which is pretty funny considering he ended up with a broken foot anyway.

Timdawg, I'm not following. Is this what you think will happen or what you want to happen? The last thing the Cowboys need is pacman. I doubt he will make it to ANY teams camp before he's back in trouble. I need to find out what the cap situation is right now, do you know?

Good the Seahawks need the cap room.
