Sirius has just gotten worst, or their web site is screwed up.
I use Sirus gift cards to redeem my account, because I don't want them to have my credit card information. That stems from previous issues with Sirius.
In December when I went online to pay my bill it was easy for me to accomplish it, after logging into my account on the left hand side there was the option to use the gift card. Well now that I have to make a payment that option is gone.
I called into their customer service and of course they have the option and the guy wants me to refresh my screen. I am now trying on a different computer and in a minute I will try on my MAC, but I've tried with Internet Explorer and Mozilla and it's not there, so here I sit with my gift cards on hold with their crappy customer service once again.
Sirius customer service is just the worst the people have no ability to take a situation and deal with it, they go by the book and don't think outside of the box. There are some good ones, but you have to hang up and call back a few tmes to get the good people.

I had a similar experience. Frustrating as all hell. It took me 4+ calls and a few hours to finally straighten my account out. |

| I've vented now I feel better, but you've heard it here first. If I have to call their customer service to redeem a gift card I will cancel both of my radios. This is bullshit. :cool: |

| I had the problem that I was trying to redeem a Sirius Gift Card to renew my subscription and after a few calls and E-mails I found out that it could only be used a day or two before my subscription was up. |
