| Not trying to defend Nick but I don't think the Miller High Life beer can came out of the car. More than likely it was already laying on that median before Nick hit the tree. Notice the dirt on it kicked up from tha car sliding. Just my opinion. I do believe that Nick and John both have been drinking beer that day but the lawyers got him off on a technicality due to getting blood illegally. |

I forgot was Nick drunk at the time of the accident? If so that explains it. Ask any cop, drunk people don't tense up before an accident and as a result are usually the less injured party. |

On a side note...why the hell did he have a handicap hang tag in his car? Didnt he know driving extremely too fast while drunk doesnt make you handicapped, it just makes you a moron... |

| HOLEY MOLEY!!!! That was a car?!!! I love Bubba and Hogan, but Nick needs to do some time for this wreck and what he did to his friend. And if it turns out that Hogan was tanking him and his friends up that day, he should probably do some time to. There are crazy fucks driving like this in Socal and they are fucking idiots. In addition, Nick is rich enough that he could do this shit on a closed course any time he wants to. Unfortunately, Nick isn't as big as his dad and will probably end up being someone's bitch while he's in the joint. |

If he violates that he may have to sit for a little while. Second, his blood/alcohol level was below the legal limit in Florida. The penalties are lower for what he faces now. Sucks but true. |

Gee Perry Mason. Youre right on top of things. Did you get your legal degree online from one of those junk email non accredited schools? Nick is 16 years old. The only thing that qualifies as "below the legal limit" for him would be ZERO.
I'll always be a Hootie mark but Nick has never been anything but a spoiled arrogant little asswhipe who thinks the world owes him something. I hope he enjoys his time in juvie detention. |

CFA was being sarcastic, Nick always gets off of legal shit cause his dad has the moola, so don't be a dick. The highly paid lawyers already found a loop hole in the law and got the lil shit off on the drinking underage charge to get his license back. What a great country we live in, Drink and drive when every you want no matter how old you are , just as long as your daddy can pay for the lawyers to get you out of trouble and you never learn your lesson. |

Can't blame the car for this mess. Being into the car scene personally, I know 3-4 people with Supras making insane amounts of power that have no problem harnessing it without demolishing the car.
This mess is a direct result of someone not realizing their limitations and being stupid. From the looks of the angle it went in, I would guess he was trying to drift with the car and forgot he wasn't in a purpose built drift car and pushed the envelope too far. |
