i hate to say this but id have banned his ass a long time ago like the next day after the crash,nick can walk and this poor guy cant

There's a new invention, it's called the seat belt. This accident is the perfect example on why you should use it.

You need to examine the pics from this simple low speed crash, with minor at the wheel with a BAC of something. How Nick walked away relatively unharmed is one in a million.

Im gonna go out on a limb here and say that kinetics had more to do with the injuries than the lack of a seat belt. But I haven't seen an account of the injuries and how they think they happened.
