I'm on my second stilletto and I'm having the same problem, My left earbud has went out. I've check the earbuds on two Ipods and there fine, I also bought a second pair and nothing. The only way I can get sound is to wiggle the connector just right. Any suggest before I call Sirius to return it, or have you had the same problem

I've heard this problem a few times. Ultimately the sturdiness of the headphone jack probably needs to be improved to deal with regular use. The thing is it's about pushing in the headphones too hard that push up the connector just a tad and only one side of the headphones will work. I don't think there is an easy fix. Perhaps if you could open it up, which I wouldn't recommend then you could re-adjust the connector down a bit. But other than that it's hardware that needs replacing.
