Yesterday was the worst day in Carter's 4 month history. Words cannot express how truly sorry I am for the anxiety, frustration and inconvenience that you, your family, friends and colleagues experienced. This is especially saddening because Carter was founded on the promise of bringing humanity back to SFN, and making the experience of posting happier and easier for everyone who chooses to post on SFN with us. I know I failed to deliver on this promise yesterday.
I am committed to you, our valued SFN posters, and I am taking immediate corrective steps to regain your confidence in me. I have begun putting a comprehensive plan in place to provide better and timelier information to you, and improved procedures for handling operational difficulties.
You deserved better - a lot better - from me yesterday and I let you down. Nothing is more important than regaining your trust and all of us here hope you will give me the opportunity to once again post on SFN and provide you the positive Carter Beauford Experience you have come to expect from me.
