This guy charles was saying that it wasn't an HR issue up until the point Howard asked artie not to do it again and artie said he couldn't. He said that what artie actually did wasn't a big deal. Mutt shut him down saying that he had the story wrong, but if this guy were to be right as to how the events happened (hypothetically speaking), how is it that it wasn't an HR issue up until that moment when Howard talked to Artie? |
It all depends on how artie's contract is written. If he's hired as an "actor" he has a lot of room to do shit. Problem is that other employees in the bldg, like Teddy, are Sirius employees. It was an HR issue the moment Artie threw something. |
