More delusion from the show "experts" on SFN. Theres only one possibility for the new cruise controlled Hampton Howard Stern show.
Artie will be there. He will apologize to Howard, tell everyone listening that he and Teddy worked it out in Amsterdam and everythings fine. End of issue. No calls will be put thru on the subject and it wont be brought up again until Gary does the full on Artie PR knob slobbering job on the WU show.
Then for the rest of the day the baby Gorilla will tell lame ass severely embellished hooker stories from Amsterdam which Howard will fall out of his chair pretending to laugh at prompting Arties Nut Fondling Kid and the rest of the Artie ball lickers to claim that thier hero is back and it was "Radio gold" and "the best show ever". |

Internet Polls are meaningless since people can just make mult accounts to keep voting in the direction they want the voting to end. A drop off of subscribers if Artie is actually done for good with the show is the only real way to prove it. |

When I see Artie selling China manufactured, lead based, Fat Boy Jr's, doing a weekly show consisting of really lame jokes, then I'll agree with you.
It's pretty amusing to watch someone spew hate at one single person in 8 out of every 10 posts they make.
And yes, he took his ROLE.
And then some.
Jackie never pulled down the money Artie has made since he's sat in that chair.
Jackie ever sell out Carnegie Hall while he sat in that seat?
No.
Nor could he have.
Jackie does real good to sell out Mabel's Bar & Grill.
And yes, it's every bit as easy as I thought. :hw: |

Not this time; this was NOT the first physical encounter inside the studio. And NOT the first time Artie had clashed with people in an insensitive manner.
Teddy is also a SIRIUS employee. Aside from being Artie's assistant (at the time), he was on the Sirius payroll.
So the overriding issue is Artie attempting to assault another Sirius employee, then saying what's in my sig. |

I meant it's not a liability issue that basically ties the HR dept's hands as tightly until Artie admits he can't gurantee it won't happen again and somebody gets fucked up.
Once Artie says he can't gurantee that, HR is on record notice that Artie is a "danger." Not that future conduct "guarantees" mean much, but saying you CAN'T guarantee it puts HR in even worse position in terms of what they "knew or should have known" if it ever happens again.
Also, for all we know, Howard already had that talk with Artie in private last time with the Sal thing and that's why Howard sounded so pissed.

Just a personal peeve | I don't "insist" on being called anything...I'd rather be called Keith or Rob, or Steve, but my only options are variations associated with the name my parents picked for me. "Charlie" just always gave me douche chills for whatever reason and "Chuck" sounds immature once you're outta your 20's IMHO. "Chip" is probably great if you suck dick or ride horses on your parent's estate in CT, but "Charles" is the best of 4 shitty choices to me and "Chas" never even occurred to me until I was way too old to start "insisting" on a name change. To this day, my older friends still call me Chuck, if this kinda thing is such a peeve to you. Peace. |

Mutt shut him down saying that he had the story wrong, but if this guy were to be right as to how the events happened (hypothetically speaking), how is it that it wasn't an HR issue up until that moment when Howard talked to Artie? |
Anytime an employee touches, intimidates, or threatens another employee, it's a HR issue. Some HR issues are harder to overcome than others: All I'm saying is he may have tipped the scale from a HR issue capable of being resolved into one much less capable of resolution by making it harder to defend against a liability claim in the future.
It might be the kinda thing where an indemnification agreement could come into play...except Artie already had a foot out the door based on his recent history. Maybe he'd have agreed to indemnify Sirius in 2001, but he's headed in the opposite direction already.
It seems like Artie is torn between loving the show and needing to get some fuckin' sleep past 5:15AM 4 days a week. Maybe he just can't bring himself to leave and has to MAKE it "end badly" as usual. |

I listened to the Anson Williams interview (from 2005) on Mammary Lane, with Artie in the background.
Man, he sounds positively FRESH compared to the sluggish, beaten-down, overweight Artie of 2008.
