Dear copter,
I am very sorry that I was “multing” around SFN. I understand your disappointment and can appreciate the inconvenience this must have caused your account and the logistics problems that ensued.
There is no question that Lorena and Carter is the same person. I am also sorry we did not meet the very high standards SFN posters have come to expect and should continue to demand.
In my effort to improve the overall quality of my posts, I am currently in the process of converting over to the Carter Beauford experience. I can assure you that we are in the process of completing more thorough testing and development.
I can promise you that the highest quality standards will be met in the future because protecting our reputation for delivering the best posts on SFN is a key priority for us. Again, I apologize for my mistake and regret any inconvenience caused as a result.
I have already brought in additional staff to expedite the Carter Beauford Experience and guarantee its delivery by the end of this week. I look forward to continuing the mutually beneficial relationship that our 2 accounts have shared over the last several months.
If there is anything else that I can do to minimize your inconvenience in regard to this matter, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
